On to the show

Victoria and Billy are talking about Adam and who could want to harm Victor. Victor trying to fix out who did this. Sharon is at the hospital praying and then she calls Chelsea with the news that Adam was shot. Avery tries to avoid the marriage question. They talk more about the shooting and then they hear a noise outside. It was Dylan trying to leave a package. Lauren is at home trying her best to cover her hickey with makeup. Michael comes in and questions where she has been. He tells her that she can keep running away every time he attempts to talk to her and suggests the therapist again. She refuses. Michael tells Lauren he refuses to continue to live like this.

Chelsea arrives at the hospital and Sharon tells her everything she knows. Chelsea is grateful that Sharon called her. Dylan explains that he was trying to leave a goodbye gift for Faith since he is leaving and heading back to Chicago. You can tell Avery is sad listening to him talk. Nick leaves them alone to go to the hospital to check on Adam. Victoria is very shaken up. She is worried about Adam and tells Billy that they need to make some changes.

Michael continues to try to convince Lauren to attend counseling but she will not budge. Sharon and Chelsea snap on Victor about how he has treated Adam over the years. Chelsea is upset and drops her purse and out falls her prenatal pills. Sharon bends down to help Chelsea pick up her stuff but Chelsea is able to grab her stuff before Sharon could see anything. Victor tells the ladies they all need to come together for Adam's sake and not be hostile. Lauren is getting more and more agitated with Michael which causes him to start yelling at her to tell him how to fix them. You can tell they have both reached their breaking point.

Avery is getting emotional with Dylan. She tells him about how she thought she would never see him again. They acknowledge they have a connection. She wants them to be friends and Dylan says he can't be her friend. Victoria and Billy are getting very sentimental about everything -- talking John, Nikki, Victor, and carrying on their family legacies. They talk about trying to have a baby of their own. Dylan says his goodbyes to Avery and leave. Avery is heartbroken.

Nick arrives to the hospital Chelsea starts ranting about all the Newmans and their treatment of Adam which causes Victor to calmly (but boldly) tell Chelsea that it would be wise for her to stop trashing his family or else. The doctor comes in tells them they removed the bullet. He lost a lot of blood and is still unconscious Nick goes to tell Nikki. His next of kin is able to see him. Victor and Chelsea argue and Chelsea thinks Sharon should go in. (PS There was a brief Nick/Chelsea eye off -- chem test?).

Victoria explains that she love their wacky family of Reed, Delia, and Johnny but she always felt something was missing and it is a baby of their own. Michael asks Lauren if the real reason they are in this bad place is because she has stopped loving him. Chelsea and Sharon go back and forth about who needs to be with Adam. Billy gets excited about adding on to their family. They know it will be hard and that fertility treatments is the best bet. Then and they start goofing around. Nick goes home and tells Avery that she is his future. Dylan is at the coffeehouse when Chelsea comes in. She found his St. Christopher necklace in her car and he tells her he is on his way out of town. He kisses her on the cheek and says goodbye. Michael is almost begging Lauren now. She goes to leave him again and he stops her. He says this time she doesn't get to walk out on him and he grabs his coat and leaves.
